Troubleshooting
Printing Problems?
To print a tax report from the main search screen, select the report(s) you wish to print and click "Print Selected".
To print a tax report from the display view, click "Print This Report".
The print orientation should always be set to landscape.
Fitting a Report to Full Size
Once a report is printed, if the report does not span the entire width of the document, you may need to modify your settings or try printing the report a second time. Internet Explorer and Firefox have a “Print Preview” option in the File menu, which can save you some time and paper. You may also select “Print Setup” to see if you can change the size/zoom of the page. If you can, this feature can be used to enlarge the print to fill the entire page.
Removing Header and Footer
Internet Explorer prints a header with the title of the page and footer with the URL. If you do not want these, you can turn them off from the File Page Setup menu (Internet Explorer up to 6.0) or Print Icon Dropdown -> Page Setup. Then clear the "Header" and "Footer" fields, or write your own header or footer.
Monitor Resolution
When viewing the reports, we recommend the monitor resolution be set no lower than 1024 x 768.
To Modify Your Monitor Resolution
- For Windows Users: right click on your desktop, click on the settings tab and adjust the screen resolution.
- For Mac Users: on the desktop title bar, click on the direct display icon and modify the resolution settings.
