Search by Agency Number or Agency Name

If you are a taxing district and know your agency number, you may enter the entire number or just the numbers required for the first two boxes or fields. If there are related districts, as is the case for municipalities, all relevant Special Service Areas will appear.

You may also use the agency name to retrieve all related agencies. Note that the name may occasionally pull more districts than desired. For example, searching on “Palos” will display Palos Heights, Palos Park, Palos Township, etc.

View and Print Reports

You may either view the reports and then print them, or may select the report(s) and print from the original search window. You may select all or some of the reports listed in the window at that time. To print a tax report from the main search screen, select the report(s) you wish to print and click “Print Selected”. To print a tax report from the display view, click “Print This Report”.

If you are printing the reports and have difficulty getting the report to print properly on the page, please check that the printing is formatted to print the reports in landscape and with margins no greater than 0.75 inches.
